Cookie Policy
What we use
We use browser session storage — not cookies — to temporarily hold your quiz answers and result so they are available between pages during your session. This data never leaves your browser and is cleared automatically when you close the tab. Separately, we use a small number of third-party cookies for analytics and payments, described below. We don't use any cookies for advertising.
Google Analytics
We use Google Analytics to see how visitors move through the site and where traffic comes from. It sets cookies to distinguish visitors and sessions. We don't link this data to any advertising service, so it isn't used to build advertising profiles. See Google's cookie policy for details, or install the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on to stop being tracked.
Microsoft Clarity
We use Microsoft Clarity to record anonymized session replays and heatmaps, which help us find broken flows and confusing pages on the quiz and result screens. Clarity sets its own cookies to tie your activity together within a session. It only runs on our pages, so it never sees the payment page — checkout happens entirely on Stripe's own site. Vercel Analytics
We also use Vercel Analytics for aggregate traffic counts (page views, referrers, countries). This one is genuinely cookieless — it doesn't set any cookies and doesn't track you across sites or sessions.
Stripe (payments)
When you proceed to checkout, Stripe may set cookies necessary to process your payment securely. These are strictly functional cookies set by Stripe, not by us. They are not used for advertising or tracking beyond the payment flow. See Stripe's cookie settings for details.
Your choices
You can block or delete cookies at any time through your browser's privacy settings, or use the opt-out links above for Google Analytics specifically. Doing so won't affect your ability to take the quiz or read your result — it only limits what we can see about how the site is used. You can also clear session storage at any time via your browser's developer tools, which will clear any quiz progress or result stored in your current session.
